2005-Present Manager of CMS, Morris DigitalWorks. I managed a team that develops publishing software for newspapers to re-purpose content to their websites. I help design and developer publishing tools and then travel to various locations to deploy and train staff on using and managing the tools we develop.
2000-2005 Director of Technical Support and Project Mgmt, Morris DigitalWorks Responsible for the development and delivery of $3 million+ in annual software sales to outside external business clients. Managed a team that supports technology that generates over $20 million in yearly revenue for Morris Communications. Implemented Project Management techniques, methodology, software delivery processes and increased efficiency in software development. Managed client relationships between executive team and members of client organizations, customers and company software development and delivery teams. 1997-2000 Deputy Manager of Support, Morris Digital Works Led team that launched Morris newspaper websites from the ground up. Developed, deployed and supported web software applications for the publishing of newspaper websites. Gathered requirements for software, trained customers and performed several technical support duties as well as managed escalated technical support issues. 1996-1997 Technical Support Representative, CJNetworks Assisted customers with connecting to an ISP service.
